Delivery Options

Please note : ALL orders have to be signed for on receipt. For your convenience you can arrange delivery to any postal address.

1) Standard UK Delivery (5.00 GBP)

Normally, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to item availability, although we try our best to dispatch on the date of receipt, providing your order is received before 1pm. For orders weighing up to 1 Kg, we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for all UK postal addresses.

Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed delivery service and we cannot confirm the actual date of delivery. (estimated delivery time is approx 3-5 working days from when the order is dispatched).

For orders over 1 Kg, we also use independent carriers as well as the Royal Mail.

2) Guaranteed 48 Hour UK Delivery (7.50 GBP)

Guaranteed 48 Hour UK delivery is available (delivery on working days only) for orders placed before 1.00pm. We use Parcelforce for most 48 Hour deliveries over 1kg, as well as the Royal Mail.

No Guaranteed 48 Hour UK deliveries can be processed on Saturdays for Tuesday delivery as the distribution department is closed.

3) Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery (9.50 GBP)

Guaranteed next working day UK delivery (including Friday orders for Saturday delivery) is available for orders placed before 1.00pm.

We will do our best to process orders received online AFTER 1pm, however, we CANNOT GUARANTEE this and it is advisable to phone us on 01395 446 447 to check whether this can be done. We use Parcelforce for next day orders. These are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the next day, Monday - Friday only and a signature is required on receipt. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed on Friday before 1pm, weighing under 2KG. For this we use Royal Mail " Special Delivery" for delivery by 1pm on Saturday. This service is available for residential addresses only and not Business addresses. A signature is required on receipt. Saturday delivery for orders weighing over 2kg is available upon request at an additional cost.

No Guaranteed Next Day deliveries can be processed on Saturdays for Monday delivery as the distribution department is closed.

4) Overseas Delivery (From 9.50 GBP)

We use Royal Mail International "Signed For" and Royal Mail "ParcelForce" courier service for our overseas deliveries.

Our STANDARD international delivery charge is 9.50 GBP (usually for 1 or 2 small items - for larger orders, see below)

Delivery AIM by standard Int "signed for" to Europe is 5-7 working days. Other destinations 7-10 working days. This is a TARGET only as overseas deliveries cannot be guaranteed. When the parcel has arrived in the country of destination it is passed to the incumbent postal service to deliver. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Most orders will not incur additional shipping charges, but where they do for reasons of size, weight and/or destination you will be provided with a written quotation of the additional cost. We will request written confirmation that the additional cost is acceptable before charging to your card & posting your order. Parcelforce courier delivery to Europe is guaranteed within 48 hours. Outside Europe is 5-7 working days

School Orders

We accept School orders. Please fax your order to us. Our fax number is 01395 446 533.

Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order after having received delivery and obtain a full or part refund you can do, for whatever reason, within 7 days after the date of delivery.For a full or part refund please contact us within 10 days after delivery. A full refund or credit will also be given for faulty or damaged goods if they are returned within 14 days, subject to prior notification and approval.

Please note we are unable to accept the cost of sending us back returns where the goods have been incorrectly ordered.

Availability and Range Changes

All goods are subject to availability. Changes are made to our range from time to time and we reserve the right to replace any item without notice and without prejudice.

Garment sizes stated by age range are approximate only, and we recommend that if you are in doubt you call us on 01395 446 447.

Prices

All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and Postal Orders. Where payment is by cheque goods will only be despatched after the cheque has cleared. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Delivery shortages/faulty goods

Must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery for claims to be considered.
