How To Order

Schools, Nurseries, Museums and other registered Institutions may place orders with us without pre-payment using any of the following methods:

• Email: Drop us an email with details of the items you want to order (remember to include the product codes, sizes and quantities). Don't forget to give us details of your name and the address of the institution you are ordering for. We'll respond immediately.

• Fax to 01395 233 715 using:
  • Download our Institutions PDF Order Form, and fill out your order details and fax it  to us on 01395 233 715, being sure to include a contact name and telephone number.
  • Official Purchase Order.
  • School or Organisation letterhead
  • Alternatively, you can post any of the above methods to us at A2Z Kids Ltd, Unit 14, Woodbury Business Park, Woodbury, DEVON, EX5 1AY.

• Phone: You can always call A2Z Kids to place an order on 01395 233 860 (Mon-Fri, 9:30am - 3:30pm). Be sure to mention that you are ordering on behalf of your institution.

In all cases, please remember to include a contact name, number, and invoice/delivery details with your order.

If, prior to placing an order, you require A2Z KIDS LTD. to register as an authorised supplier and therefore need further information (eg Company Registration Number, VAT number etc) please contact us directly. Bank details can also be provided for BACS payments. No account is required for orders placed on behalf of registered institutions, although these can be arranged on request.
