Online Shopping
You can shop online with a2z kids using the following methods:
Quick Search
If you know what you want just key in the word or phrase in the "quick search" box at the top of the home page. Clicking on the arrow alongside will display all the products available that are associated with the key word inserted.
Browse by Category
You can also browse all our products by using the categories at the top of the homepage. Just hover the cursor over the category headings to see the detailed sub-categories. Then just click on the sub-category you want and see the results displayed. Alternatively, if you prefer you can use the category navigation bar on the left hand side of the web page.
Theme Search
If you are shopping with a theme (eg Wild Animal) or top brand (eg Star Wars) in mind use our Theme Search (A-Z) at the top right hand corner of the page to go quickly to the items you want.
Character Search
If you are shopping for a specific costume for a character (eg Batman) use the Character Search (A-Z) facility located at top right hand corner to help you get to all the relevant items as quickly as possible.

When you have identified the items you want to purchase, just add them to your basket and either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout via the online instructions.
Delivery
Standard UK (3 - 5 Day) Tracked Delivery (£3.95)
Please allow 3 -5 working days for delvery from date of order. Normally, your order will be DISPATCHED within 2 working days, subject to item availability, although we try our best to dispatch on the date of receipt, providing your order is received before 1pm. We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for all UK postal addresses.
Features of this service:
- 3 Day target delivery (4 days in rural areas)
- Trackable at 4 points within the Royal Mail delivery network
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVERY SERVICE AND WE CAN ONLY ESTIMATE THE DELIVERY TIMESCALE OF 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS. IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED AFTER 3 DAYS, PLEASE RING US (tel: 01395 233 860) FOR THE TRACKING DETAILS AND CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL SORTING OFFICE..
We also offer the Royal Mail "Safeplace" delivery option which allows you to specify a safe place for the postman to leave your order if you are not in to receive it. Safeplace options can be specified during the checkout process for your convience, but are left at the customers own risk.
Please note that If the postman is unable to deliver your order due to it being too large to go through the letterbox or due to no "safeplace" being specified, your package will be taken back to your local Royal Mail sorting office where it can be collected. Take the "While you were out" card left by the postman and some ID to the sorting office and you will be given your package. If you did not receive a card please call us on 01395 233 860 for the Royal Mail package reference number.
Guaranteed 48 Hour UK Delivery (£6.95)
Guaranteed 48 Hour UK delivery is available (including Saturday) for orders placed before 1.00pm. We use UK Mail and Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Delivery for all 48 Hour deliveries.
No Guaranteed 48 Hour UK deliveries can be processed over weekends for Tuesday delivery as the distribution department is closed.
Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery (£9.95)
Guaranteed next working day UK delivery (including Friday orders for Saturday delivery) is available for orders placed before 1.00pm.
We will do our best to process orders received online AFTER 1pm, however, we CANNOT GUARANTEE this and it is advisable to phone us on 01395 233 860 to check whether this can be done. We use Parcelforce for next day orders. These are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the next day, Monday - Friday only and a signature is required on receipt. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed on Friday before 1pm. For this we use Royal Mail " Special Delivery" for delivery by 1pm on Saturday. This service is available for residential addresses only and not Business addresses. A signature is required on receipt.
No Guaranteed Next Day deliveries can be processed on Saturdays or Sundays for Monday delivery as the distribution department is closed.
Standard "Small Packet" EC Delivery (£9.95)
This service includes all of the following Western European shipping regions:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark (incl. Faroe Islands & Greenland), Finland, France (incl. Andorra, Corsica & Monaco), Germany, Greece, Iceland, Irish Republic, Italy (inc. San Marino & Vatican City), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway (inc. Spitzbergen), Portugal (inc. The Azores & Madeira), Spain, Swizterland (incl. Liechtenstein).
For all other European or other shipping regions outside of the United Kingdom, use Rest of World Delivery (detailed below).
We use Royal Mail International "Signed For" and Royal Mail "ParcelForce" courier service for our overseas deliveries.
Our STANDARD international delivery charge to EC destinations is £9.95 GBP (usually for 1 or 2 small items - for larger orders, see below). The maximum weight of the "small packet" parcel is 2Kg and there are also measurement restrictions, and additional charges may apply if these restrictions are exceeded by your order. We will always contact you to advise of any additional charges for your approval before processing your order (See below).
The delivery AIM by the standard International "signed for" service to the EC is 5-7 working days.
Standard "Small Packet" Rest Of World Delivery (£14.95)
This service applies to all countries outside of the Western Europe shipping regions stated above.
We use Royal Mail International "Signed For" and Royal Mail "ParcelForce" courier service for our overseas deliveries.
Our STANDARD international delivery charge to "Rest Of The World" (Non-EC destinations) is £14.95 GBP (usually for 1 or 2 small items - for larger orders, see below). The maximum weight of the "small packet" parcel is 1.5Kg and there are also measurement restrictions, and additional charges may apply if these restrictions are exceeded by your order. We will always contact you to advise of any additional charges for your approval before processing your order (See below).
The delivery AIM by the standard International "signed for" service to the Rest of The World is 7-10 working days.
"Large Packet" International Delivery - By Email Quotation
Larger size orders will incur additional shipping charges above the standard international "small packet" rate, for reasons of size, weight and/or destination. You will be provided with an email quotation of the additional cost. We will request written confirmation that the additional cost is acceptable before charging to your card & posting your order. Parcelforce courier delivery for large packet orders to Europe is guaranteed within 3 working days. Outside Europe is 5-7 working days
For other non-courier services to international destinations please allow 7-10 working days. This is a TARGET only as overseas deliveries cannot be guaranteed. When the parcel has arrived in the country of destination it is passed to the incumbent postal service to deliver. A signature will be required upon receipt.

We accept payments using the following Credit/Debit cards:

- Maestro/Solo (NB. many of these card types have now been replaced by the card issuers)

We also accept payments by cheques and Postal Orders but when ordering goods please allow an extra 3 days for bank clearing purposes, prior to the goods despatch.

When is payment for an order taken?
When you place an order and you complete the order process, your card details will be authorised and payment taken immediately. You will receive an email confirming that your order was completed successfully.
If your card is not authorised, payment is not taken and your order has not completed successfully. You will see a screen on the web-site asking you contact us to attempt authorisation of your card details. If you do not contact us, we will contact you either by phone or email and provide you with further information as to why your bank or card issuer did not authorise payment
Returning Or Exchanging Goods
If you want to return any item that you have ordered from us you may do so for whatever reason within 28 days of the despatch date
The items returned, must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. All relevant tags and labels must still be attached.
We will refund the price of the items to the purchaser but only after having considered the condition of the items returned.
Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items.
NB: If a returned item is not fully resaleable due to the condition of the item and/or its packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We may then return the item to you with an email confirmation explaining why we cannot provide a refund. We may withhold up to 25% of the purchase price for items that may be resaleable at a reduced price..
For fancy dress, if a costume is ordered in the wrong size and an exchange is required, this can be provided but a re-delivery postage charge of £3.50 will be incurred (UK customers only).
If you want to exchange the costume for an alternative costume, please contact us initially by email or call to arrange (tel: 01395 233 860), but please note the goods must be in their original condition and packaging, as we cannot exchange used goods. All tags and labels must be attached.
For exchanges in the UK, a postal charge of £3.50 GBP will be incurred for sending out any new goods. Costs for exchanges to overseas customers will be confirmed in writing prior to the exchange.
Please note that we are unable to exchange or accept the return of certain items for hygiene reasons. These include childrens underwear (briefs and vests).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
How To Return Goods
Call 01395 233 860 between 9.00 am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

We will ask you the reason for return and provide you with a returns authorisation reference.
Please then return the items to the following address and ensure you obtain proof of postage (free certificate from Post Office). Please ensure that the returned items are suitably wrapped to ensure protection while in transit.
Please also include a completed "Returns" form (on the back of the invoice/delivery note) so that we can process your return and if necessary, contact you again.
Keep a record of the Returns Authorisation Reference.
We will refund you as promptly as possible, but usually within 7 working days of the goods being returned to us.

Information Collection and Use
A2Z Kids Ltd. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share,
or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. a2z kids
collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
Order
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information
(like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).
This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers orders. If we have trouble processing
an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users hard drive containing information about
the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information
while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance,

Terms & Conditions of Sale
Orders
When you place an order on this website you will receive an email acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered and the delivery details.This is not an order confirmation or acceptance. Order acceptance and confirmation will take place on despatch of the order from our warehouse. Only those items listed on the despatch note/invoice receipt (delivered with theorder) will be included in the contract formed.
Non-acceptance of an order and subsequent notification to you can arise because:
- The product ordered is unavailable due to being out of stock
- Full authorised payment has not been received
- The identification of a product description or pricing error
Product Range Availability and Pricing
We try our hardest to ensure that all our products displayed are accurately described and correctly priced. If we identify that an error has been made in the description or pricing of a particular item that is ordered we will contact you immediately. We will reconfirm the order with you at the correct description and price or cancel it as desired. If we cannot contact you and you have already paid for the goods we will give you a full refund.
VAT & Delivery Costs
All prices displayed on the website include VAT, where appropriate. Delivery costs are charged in addition to the item(s) cost and together these make the Total Cost.
Contract Cancellation
You are entiled under The Distance Selling Regulations to cancel your contract with us up to 8 working days after you have received the goods. If you wish to cancel you contract with us please see our Returns Procedure. Please note that due to hygiene reasons your rights to return certain products (eg childrens vests and briefs) does not apply.
Disclaimer of Liability
Even though we do try to verify the content available on site, we make no warranty to its accuracy. We also make no warranties that this site will meet all your requirement or be interruption or error free. Furtermore, we make no warranty to correct any defects, or that the site or server that provides the site are free from bugs and viruses.We disclaim any warranties of any kind in connection with the Products displayed. Invalidity
